Solen Aref has joined WTIC as Multi-Expert Journalist.
Earlier than becoming a member of the Hartford, Connecticut Fox affiliate, she was an MSJ at sister station WMAZ in Macon, Georgia.
In her goodbye to WMAZ, she wrote on social media, “Goodbye Georgia! in 2 years at channel 13, I lined 3 presidents, 2 mass shootings, and one hurricane from hell. I’m going to overlook this place and the folks for the remainder of my life!”
