Omnicom mentioned it expects to shut its $13.5 billion acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG) by the top of November.
The deal will create the world’s largest promoting community by revenues, overtaking rivals Publicis Groupe and WPP.
Omnicom is within the ultimate stage of gaining regulatory approval from the European Union, the final remaining market underneath evaluate. The U.S. Federal Commerce Fee (FTC) gave the deal ultimate clearance in September, and the U.Ok.’s Competitors and Markets Authority did so in August.
