Karl Winter has been named sports activities director for Madison, Wisconsin ABC affiliate WKOW.
Winter comes from NBC affiliate WGBA in Inexperienced Bay. He’ll anchor the sportscasts at 6 and 10 p.m. beginning Thursday at 6.
