OpenAI introduced that it has added connectors to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts for ChatGPT Plus customers, enabling ChatGPT to make use of knowledge from these apps inside ChatGPT chats.
ChatGPT Connectors
A connector is a bridge between ChatGPT and an exterior app like Canva, Dropbox, and Gmail, enabling customers to attach these apps to ChatGPT to be able to work with them throughout the ChatGPT interface. Entry to the Google apps isn’t automated; it needs to be manually enabled by customers.
This entry was first made obtainable to Professional customers, and now it has been rolled out to Plus subscribers.

This functionality is a part of GPT-5 and can start rolling out to Professional customers globally this week, adopted by Plus, Staff, Enterprise, and Edu plans within the coming weeks. To allow, go to Settings → Connectors→ Join on the appliance.”
