Collective decision-making is hardly an ideal science. Damaged processes, information overload, info asymmetry, and different inequities solely compound the challenges that come from giant, disparate factions with totally different targets attempting to work collectively. And the instruments that usually assist with decision-making—information evaluation, situation planning, determination timber, and so forth—can falter within the face of the dimensions and complexity of the largest issues that teams and leaders face.
